Deep investigationinto users' issues to provide a bug localization for our developers.
Provide technical support for IntelliJ IDEA via email, community forums, and social media.
Work with the bug tracker: process new requests and the past ones.
Reproduce users' issues and create bug reports for them.

And historically, we mostly did our job for the end users, who are mainly different kinds of software engineers. However, recent investigations attracted our attention to the companies as business customers with unique needs. That’s how we started this journey and even invented new b2b products. Our Customer Success department is very new. However, it’s already very important and useful for our customers.
Now we are looking for a China based Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work to maintain close working relationships with our existing customers in China and help grow the business.
岗位职责
Manage large existing accounts, work proactively to preserve and develop them, and keep the customers up to date on product developments.
Hold regular discovery calls with existing customers to identify and resolve potential issues early on, helping to understand their current use of the product, relaying important feedback to the product team, and helping to optimize a customer’s use of the product by suggesting new features or improvements that could be incorporated.
Handle escalations from customers and help manage expectations on both the internal product team and the customer.

Able to work efficiently and successfully without direct supervision in a distributed team.
Have a proven track record of building and developing relationships in the B2B world. An existing B2B network in China local major technology companies would be beneficial.
Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
